Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Ads Master Pro is a digital software service (SaaS). There is no shipment of any physical product; the service is delivered entirely online over the internet.

2. Delivery

Once your payment is successfully completed through iyzico, the features of your chosen subscription plan are activated and made available to your account INSTANTLY. There is no separate delivery time or shipping to wait for.

Access is provided through the dashboard by logging in with the email address registered to the service.

If your access is not activated due to a technical issue, please contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

3. Free Trial

Ads Master Pro offers every new user a 14-day free trial. During this period you can test the service with no credit card and no payment.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

After the free trial ends and a paid subscription is purchased, subscription fees paid are non-refundable, because the 14-day trial provides sufficient time to fully evaluate the service at no cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the current period and no retroactive refund is issued.

Exceptional cases such as accidental duplicate payments or charges caused by a technical error are reviewed individually. Mandatory consumer rights (including statutory withdrawal rights where required by applicable law) are reserved.
