Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial

Ads Master Pro offers all new users a 7 (seven) day free trial. No credit card is requested during the trial and no charge is made.

Protection features run at full capacity during the trial: fraudulent click detection, IP exclusion, Google Ads Check-Up analysis and reporting are all included. This lets you see the real impact of the service on your own account before moving to a paid plan.

No automatic charge is made at the end of the trial. If you wish to continue, you choose a plan and enter your payment details; if you do not, protection stops and your account and data are retained for the periods set out in section 4 of this policy.

2. Refunds on Paid Subscriptions

A 7-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate the service without paying (section 1). For this reason there is no separate unconditional money-back guarantee for payments made after the trial.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current period and no retroactive refund is issued for that period.

If the service does not work as committed, or in the event of a technical fault or incorrect charge, contact support@adsmasterpro.com.tr. Such requests are assessed individually and, where justified, the fee for the relevant period is refunded.

Mandatory consumer rights and the withdrawal provisions in the Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement are reserved.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged for the next period.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges; no retroactive refund is issued for the current period (section 2).

4. Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases such as accidental duplicate payments or charges caused by a technical error, please contact us. Such cases are reviewed individually.

Mandatory consumer rights (including statutory withdrawal rights where required by applicable law) are reserved.
