Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Ads Master Pro offers every new user a 14-day free trial. During this period you can test the service with no credit card and no payment. The free trial gives you a full opportunity to evaluate the service before purchasing.

2. Subscription Fees and Refunds

After the free trial ends and a paid subscription plan is purchased, subscription fees paid are non-refundable.

This is because the 14-day free trial provides sufficient time to fully evaluate the service at no cost.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged for the next period.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges; no retroactive refund is issued for the current period.

4. Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases such as accidental duplicate payments or charges caused by a technical error, please contact us. Such cases are reviewed individually.

Mandatory consumer rights (including statutory withdrawal rights where required by applicable law) are reserved.
