Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties and Subject

This agreement is concluded between the SELLER identified below and the BUYER purchasing a subscription electronically, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER: The natural or legal person identified by the name/title, e-mail, address and billing details declared during registration and checkout.

The subject matter is the provision of the digital subscription service purchased electronically by the BUYER, whose characteristics and price are set out below.

Article 2 — Service and Price

Ads Master Pro is a software-as-a-service product that detects, reports and — depending on the plan — blocks invalid/fraudulent click traffic on Google Ads accounts. No physical goods are delivered.

The subscription fee is determined by the plan selected at checkout and is displayed clearly at that step. All amounts are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.

Payments are collected by credit/debit card via iyzico. Subscriptions renew monthly and renewal fees are charged automatically to the saved card. The first period may be pro-rated.

Article 3 — Performance and Term

Performance begins immediately and electronically upon payment approval; plan features are enabled on the BUYER's account instantly.

The subscription renews automatically in monthly periods unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.

Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. At checkout the BUYER expressly consents to immediate performance and accepts that the right of withdrawal ends with such consent.

Where the BUYER acts for commercial or professional purposes, they are not a consumer under Law No. 6502 and consumer withdrawal provisions do not apply.

Ads Master Pro offers all new users a 7-day free trial so the service can be evaluated before upgrading to a paid plan; no credit card is requested and no charge is made during the trial. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends.

Article 5 — Obligations of the Parties

The SELLER undertakes to provide the service in accordance with this agreement and its description, and to operate the technical infrastructure with reasonable care. The SELLER is not liable for interruptions or changes originating from the Google Ads platform or third-party services.

The BUYER undertakes to provide accurate registration and billing details, to safeguard account credentials, and to use the service lawfully.

The BUYER acknowledges that, with respect to the protection code placed on their own website, the duties of notice and — where required — explicit consent towards their visitors rest with the BUYER (see the Privacy Policy).

Article 6 — Invoicing

The invoice for the subscription fee is issued based on the billing details declared by the BUYER and sent by e-mail. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of those details.

Article 7 — Protection of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation, within the purposes and limits described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Disputes

A BUYER qualifying as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

For a BUYER not qualifying as a consumer, the Courts and Execution Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies to this agreement.

Article 9 — Entry into Force

This agreement is deemed concluded and in force once the BUYER declares electronically at checkout that they have read and approved this agreement and the Pre-Contract Information Form, and the payment is completed. The approval record is stored electronically.
